Finca Andratx- Old Building
Andratx is situated in the south west of Majorca between the Tramuntana Mountains (1 km away) and the sea (4 km). The three-hundred-year-old Finca with its metre-thick walls is centrally located in the old part of the town and is also very close to the nature reserve. Renovations to the building have been carried out using typical Majorcan materials wherever possible. The owners live with their two dogs in the Finca.
A patio area covering some 130 m²
is situated just off the house, a canopy between the kitchen and entrance to the living room with a table made out of stone offers room for 8/10 people to take meals outside almost all year round. A cistern provides a reminder of how water used to be supplied. From here you can look forward to enjoying the views of the old church and the Tramuntana Mountains. Bougainvillea, an old hibiscus tree, fan palms and other exotic plants frame the house.
Casita (12 m²)
is a small newly built Finca-like building containing a workshop, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
Barbeque area with an electric and gas barbeque.
Swimming pool
3.50 x 8.00 m, counter-current system, 6% salt water, latest technology and ideal pH value control; it is located two terrace levels higher, framed by palm tree and natural stone walls. 6 sun beds and 2 parasols are situated underneath a shady canopy. From up here the views of the mountains, town and sea are breathtaking.
