(total 54 m², of which 20 m² is covered), another 16 m² has been fitted with Cielo mallorquin (marquee) and can be closed when the sun is at its strongest; it also has two garden tables and 6 garden chairs with cushions.
Olive tree, pomegranate tree and hibiscus bushes grow on the ca. 100 m² of lawned gardens in front of the patio.

Swimming pool
3.50 x 8.00m, counter-current system, 6% salt water, latest technology and ideal pH value control; it is located two terrace levels higher, framed by palm tree and natural stone walls. 6 sun beds and 2 parasols are situated underneath a shady canopy. From up here the views of the mountains, town and sea are breathtaking.
This area is shared with the couple that owns and lives in an old Finca next door.
2 guests at the most, pets on request; the owners themselves have 2 small dogs. Bedding and towels provided. Please bring your own bath sheets for the pool area. Cleaning done once per week for a charge.
Cars can be loaded and unloaded close to the house; access to the house is a little difficult because the streets and alleyways are very narrow. Parking available about 100 to 250m away.
